What are Graham & Co's Fees?

What do we charge for our professional services?

As a regulated member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (a professional body that accredits professional surveyors within the land, property and construction sectors worldwide), we are bound by their professional Code of Conduct.

With that in mind, we are transparent about the professional fees we charge our customers. We do not have any hidden fees - we will advise you of the cost based on the type of report you require, and that is based on the size, age and value of the property.

We can however always say the following:
